Summer travel season is upon us—for me, the signal is when it starts to feel like every single person on Instagram is in Italy. And while my FOMO is strong, I don’t have tons of summer travel plans this year beyond hella van camping trips in the mountains. That being said, I definitely have opinions about which pairs of underwear are a must when I travel. From long travel days, sprinting through airports and getting at least 25,000 steps a day, hot summer days spent road tripping and everything in between, today I’m breaking down the underwear I bring for nearly every trip!

My Top 4 Pairs of Underwear for Traveling

If you’re anything like me, you tend to pack at least 4x the amount of underwear you actually need for the trip.
